Substitution Policy
Substitution Policy In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Flowers are a natural and seasonal product, and availability may vary throughout the year. While we make every effort to create arrangements as pictured, substitutions of flowers and/or containers may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal availability, supply chain disruptions, or market conditions. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value. If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Policy
We strive to deliver every arrangement promptly and with care. Deliveries typically occur during our regular delivery hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Depending on order volume, holidays, weather, traffic, or other operational factors, deliveries may occasionally occur earlier or later than this timeframe.
If you require delivery at or near a specific time, please contact us before placing your order. While we will make every effort to accommodate special requests, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by our team with the exception of funerals and events planned in advance.
Same-Day Delivery
Orders must be received by 2:00 PM EST to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders received after this cutoff may be delivered the next business day or at the earliest available delivery time. Same-day delivery availability may be limited during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of unusually high demand.
Funeral Policy
To ensure timely preparation and delivery, funeral and sympathy arrangements should be placed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service whenever possible. While we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, delivery and product availability cannot be guaranteed for funeral orders placed with less than 24 hours' notice. Please contact the funeral home to ensure floral deliveries are accepted up to 24 hours in advance of the service before placing your order.
Pickup Policy
All pickup orders must be prepaid in full or secured with a valid credit card prior to pickup. Customers will be notified when their order is ready. Orders not picked up on the scheduled date will incur a full charge on credit card and may be subject to limited holding periods based on the perishability of the product.
Weather & Force Majeure
The safety of our employees, drivers, and customers is our priority. Severe weather conditions, natural disasters, traffic emergencies, supply chain disruptions, government actions, utility outages, and other events beyond our reasonable control may affect our ability to fulfill orders as scheduled. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel orders as necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delays and provide alternative solutions when possible.
Incorrect Address & Recipient Availability
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided at the time of ordering. Please note that some deliveries to institutions such as hospitals and schools are subject to facility policies and recipient availability. If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may, at their discretion, leave the arrangement in a safe location deemed appropriate. Once an arrangement has been left at the delivery location, we are not responsible for its condition, theft, damage, exposure to weather, or deterioration. If re-delivery is requested or required due to recipient unavailability, an incorrect address, or other circumstances beyond our control, an additional delivery fee will apply. Re-delivery is subject to product quality, driver availability and scheduling.
Pet & Child Safety Policy
Many flowers, plants, berries, decorative materials, and floral products may be toxic, irritating, or otherwise unsafe for pets and children if ingested or handled improperly. If you require a pet-friendly or child-conscious arrangement, it is the responsibility of the person placing the order to inform us at the time of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests and select materials believed to be appropriate based on the information provided. However, we cannot guarantee that any arrangement is completely pet-safe, child-safe, non-toxic, allergen-free, or free from potential hazards. Customers are responsible for researching the suitability of flowers and plants for their specific situation and ensuring arrangements are kept out of reach of children and animals when appropriate. Winter Park Florist assumes no liability for illness, injury, allergic reactions, ingestion, or other adverse outcomes related to floral products, plants, containers, decorative elements, or associated materials. If accidental exposure or ingestion occurs, please contact your veterinarian, physician, poison control center, or other qualified medical professional immediately.
Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to address your concerns.
As a small business, your feedback is valuable and helps us continually improve our products and services. We believe in the quality of our work and do not offer refunds. However, replacements, credits, or other resolutions are provided at the discretion of our design team and management. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure you are happy with your experience.
